Current Openings: 

 Business Development Regional Manager

Summary: The BDRM will work cooperatively with other members of the GLT Companies team to grow existing accounts, develop new customers, and meet or exceed monthly sales quotas. The BDRM will communicate with customers by telephone and in person, providing pricing and work with the customer to generate sales. 

Responsibilities:

  • Visit existing and potential customers, develop relationships and work with the customer to generate and increase sales.
  • Identify trends in customer satisfaction and product purchases. Stay abreast of sales figures monthly through sales reports; investigate trends and follow up with the team.
  • Follow up on sales leads from internet and phone call inquiries and orders. Work with customer to develop on-going account.
  • Provide product and technical information in a timely manner.
  • Target the 13 major industries utilizing IIR-PEC Reports in the Region.

OUTSIDE SALES REP

Summary: The sales representative will work cooperatively with other members of the GLT Companies team to grow existing accounts, develop new customers and meet or exceed monthly sales quotas. The sales rep will communicate with customers by telephone and in person, providing pricing and work with the customer to generate sales. 

Responsibilities:

  • The sales representative will visit existing and potential customers, develop relationships and work with the customer to generate and increase sales
  • Identify trends in customer satisfaction and product purchases. Stay abreast of sales figures monthly through sales reports; investigate trends and follow up with team
  • Follow up on sales leads from internet and phone call inquiries and orders. Work with customer to develop on-going account.
  • Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas. Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
  • Drive from customer to customer to visit their plants and job sites
